Modern Combat 3: Fallen Nation ★★★★★ ($6.99 / App Store) for the iPhone and iPad is the latest and greatest first person shooter (fps) game on the iOS. The two previous installments including several other fps games are quite good on the iPhone but Modern Combat 3 takes it to a whole new level. There is finally a significant upgrade in the graphics, sounds with multiplayer being closer to the quality of console games. This is a must have iOS game where often you will be asking yourself, “Wait, this is a cell phone game?”.
