Netflix ★★★☆☆ ($.free / App Store) for the iPhone and iPad is the mobile iOS version of the movie and TV show streaming service. This was one of the most requested and talked about apps before its debut and has since become extremely popular and useful. Requires a paid subscription just like the website but the ability to watch many movies and shows as long as you have a decent 3G or Wi-Fi connection is pretty nice.
Fruit Ninja: Puss in Boots ★★☆☆☆ ($.99 / App Store) by Halfbrick Studios for the iPhone and iPad (universal) is a slightly hyped and disappointing sequel game to the original Fruit Ninja. Which is still one of the best selling and fun iOS mini-games there is in the App Store. The same slicing and dicing mechanics are here but there’s nothing special about it even with the adorable Puss in Boots. The new game modes are a nice spin but it feels unfinished with some parts of the game not in full resolution and huge website link that goes to the movie website. Feels like another marketing piece for a film.

Death Worm ★★★☆☆ ($.99 / App Store) by PlayCreek for the iPhone (iPad universal) is a game where you play as these giant disgusting worms. But thats a good thing! Control the mind-boggling underground monster with your finger! Eat people, animals and birds, blow up cars and tanks, bring down planes and helicopters, defeat the army and even the aliens. Death Worm has 45 levels in 3 different worlds with plenty of replay value and sharp retina display graphics make this an instant iPhone game classic.
